Membership Committee: The Membership Committee develops and implements programs and activities to attract new members to the Association and influence existing members to retain membership. This includes responsibility for conducting membership drives, communicating the benefits of membership, developing informational material on the organization and functions of the Association, and providing related material for publication in the Association newsletter, the Legal Pad.  The Membership Committee is also responsible for administering the Award of Excellence Program, the Scholarship Program, and any other program approved by the Board.

The Recording and Membership Secretaries chair the Membership Committee.
