The Bylaws of the ACA have established the following Standing Committees. These committees are: Conference, Membership, Finance, Education, Audit, and Elections. Any regular member may be appointed to a committee with the objective of representation from each level of court. In the event that a specific Officer is unavailable to chair his or her respective committee, the President appoints a regular member to chair it.
