Audit Committee: The President appoints an Audit Committee to perform an annual audit of the Association finances within sixty (60) days of the close of the fiscal/calendar year. The immediate past Treasurer cannot be a member of the audit team, nor can a Board Member who had signature authority for the year being audited.
